Chatbot & AI Integration

People now expect an answer at eleven at night as readily as at eleven in the morning. A well-built chatbot handles the questions that repeat — order status, pricing, opening hours, password resets — and hands over to a human the moment the conversation needs one. Done badly, it just annoys people. The difference is in the design, not the model.

What we build

  • Customer support chatbots — trained on your own documentation, FAQs and past tickets, so answers are yours rather than generic.
  • Lead qualification bots — asking the questions your sales team would ask, then booking a call or passing a scored lead into your CRM.
  • WhatsApp and messaging integration — meeting customers where they already are instead of asking them to open a web widget.
  • Internal AI assistants — letting staff query policies, product data or documentation in plain language.
  • Workflow automation — AI steps inside real processes: summarising enquiries, drafting replies, extracting data from documents, tagging and routing.

What makes one worth having

Grounding in your actual content, so it does not invent answers. A clear, quick route to a human, with the conversation history carried across. Honest limits — a bot that says “I do not know, let me pass you to the team” builds more trust than one that guesses. Conversation logs you can read, so you learn what customers keep asking. And cost controls, because usage-based AI billing can surprise you in month two.

How we approach it

  1. Find the repeat questions — from your inbox, tickets and chat history. That list defines the scope.
  2. Build and ground — connect the bot to your documentation and systems, and define the handover rules.
  3. Test against real conversations — including the awkward ones, before customers see it.
  4. Launch and tune — review the logs weekly at first, and close the gaps the bot could not handle.

Integration

Chatbots connect to the tools you already run — website, WhatsApp, CRM, helpdesk, and internal databases — through the same integration work described in our software services. Where the problem is prediction rather than conversation, machine learning is usually the better fit.
