Software Services

Off-the-shelf software makes you work the way it was designed. Custom software works the way your business already does. We build the systems that sit at the centre of an operation — the ones that replace a stack of spreadsheets, a shared inbox, and three tools that do not talk to each other.

What we build

  • Business management systems — orders, jobs, inventory, scheduling, invoicing and reporting in one place.
  • SaaS products — multi-tenant applications with subscriptions, billing, user roles and an admin console.
  • Internal tools — approval workflows, data entry portals, and dashboards that pull from systems you already run.
  • System integration — connecting your CRM, accounting, shipping and marketing tools so data stops being re-typed.
  • Legacy modernisation — moving an old desktop or Access-era system to the web without losing the logic that makes it work.

What is included

A discovery phase where we sit with the people who will actually use the system, because the requirements document and the real workflow are rarely the same thing. Then architecture, database design, role-based access, audit logging, and reporting. Automated tests on the parts where a bug costs money. Documentation and training for your team. And a support arrangement after launch, because software that runs a business cannot be left unattended.

The stack we work in

Application: Laravel, Node.js, Express, Python, FastAPI, React, Next.js, Vue.js.
Data: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, GraphQL.
Infrastructure: Amazon AWS, Firebase, Supabase.

How the project runs

  1. Discovery — we document the current process, the pain points, and what success looks like in numbers.
  2. Blueprint — data model, architecture and screen designs, priced and agreed before build.
  3. Build — delivered in working increments, so you use part of the system while the rest is being built.
  4. Rollout — data migration, training, go-live, then a settling-in period.

Being honest about custom

Custom software is not always the right answer. If an existing product covers eighty per cent of what you need, we will say so and help you configure it instead. We would rather tell you that early than build something you did not need.
