Cloud done well is cheaper, faster and easier to recover than a server in a cupboard. Cloud done carelessly is an invoice that grows every month for capacity nobody uses. We size infrastructure to real load, automate what should not be done by hand, and make sure you can get everything back when something breaks.

What we do

• Deployment pipelines — automated builds and releases, so shipping a change is a routine event rather than a risk.
• Backup and disaster recovery — scheduled backups that are tested by restoring them, not just scheduled.
• Cost optimisation — right-sizing instances, cleaning up orphaned resources, and setting budget alerts before the bill arrives.
• Monitoring — uptime, performance and error alerting that reaches a person when something goes wrong at three in the morning.

The platforms we work in

Amazon AWS is our primary platform, with Firebase and Supabase for application backends where a managed service is the faster route. For content sites, we also work with LiteSpeed and CDN-level caching, which often delivers a bigger speed gain than a larger server.

How we approach a migration

1. Audit — what is running now, what depends on what, and what the real traffic and storage numbers are.
2. Plan — target architecture, estimated monthly cost, migration sequence and rollback.
3. Move — staging environment first, tested, then production during a low-traffic window.
4. Verify — monitoring, backups and alerts confirmed working before we call it done.

A note on cost

We will give you an estimated monthly cloud bill before the migration, not after. If moving to the cloud would cost you more than your current setup without a clear benefit, that is worth knowing at the planning stage.
