Why this matters more than it sounds

Almost every hacked WordPress site we are asked to clean up was running an outdated plugin, had no off-server backup, and had three admin accounts belonging to people who left. None of that is exotic. It is just maintenance nobody owned. Recovery costs many times more than prevention, and the downtime lands while you are running campaigns.

Access hygiene

When someone leaves your team, their access has to leave with them — WordPress, hosting panel, FTP, database, domain registrar, analytics and any connected services. We run that as a checklist rather than from memory, because the account everyone forgets is the one that causes the problem.

How it works

We start with an audit: what is running, what is out of date, who has access, and what would happen right now if the server disappeared. You get that report whether or not you continue. From there, maintenance runs on a monthly cycle with a short report each month — what was updated, what was found, and what needs a decision.
