Mobile App Development

An app earns its place on someone’s home screen or it gets deleted. We build mobile apps that are quick to open, obvious to use, and stable enough that you are not shipping a hotfix every week. Native when the app needs the device, cross-platform when speed to market matters more.

What we build

  • Cross-platform apps — one codebase for iOS and Android using Flutter or React Native, which usually cuts both cost and time to launch.
  • Native apps — Swift for iOS and Kotlin or Java for Android when you need deep hardware access, background processing, or platform-specific performance.
  • Business and internal apps — field data capture, inventory, delivery tracking, approvals, and anything your team currently runs on paper or spreadsheets.
  • Customer-facing apps — accounts, in-app payments, push notifications, chat, maps and location.
  • Backends and APIs — the server side your app talks to, including auth, storage, and admin dashboards.

What is included

UI design for both platforms following Apple and Material guidelines. Offline handling so the app does not break on a weak connection. Push notifications, analytics and crash reporting wired in from day one. App Store and Play Store submission, including the store listing, screenshots and privacy declarations — the part that trips up most first-time launches. And a post-launch window for the bugs that only appear once real users arrive.

The stack we work in

Cross-platform: Flutter, React Native, Ionic, Xamarin, Framework7.
Native: Swift, Xcode, Objective-C, Kotlin, Java, Android Studio, Unity.
Backend and services: Node.js, Python, Laravel, Firebase, Supabase, AWS Amplify.

How the project runs

  1. Scope — we map the screens and the core user journey, and agree what version one actually needs.
  2. Design — clickable prototype you can tap through before development starts.
  3. Build — development in cycles, with test builds on your own phone through TestFlight or an APK.
  4. Launch — store submission, release, and monitoring for the first weeks.

A word on scope

Most app projects go over budget because version one tried to do everything. We will push back on features that can wait, and tell you honestly when a mobile-friendly website would serve you better than an app. That conversation costs you nothing and sometimes saves a lot.
